1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the purchase of digital products, including instrumental beats, sound packs, and custom music services.
By purchasing or using any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Services
We offer the following:
Non-exclusive beat licenses
Exclusive beat licenses
Custom beat production services
Digital sound packs (including drum kits, loops, and samples)
All products are delivered digitally.
3. License for Instrumental Beats
3.1 Non-Exclusive License
When you purchase a non-exclusive license:
The beat remains available for sale to other customers
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the beat
You may use the beat for personal or commercial projects (e.g., songs, streaming platforms)
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat as-is
Claim ownership of the beat
Register the beat in Content ID systems without permission
Depending on the contract with artists, labels or organizations:
- The music producer (King’s Soldier) must have 50% of the publishing share for the composition.
- The music producer (King’s Soldier) must have a certain percentage of the master royalties
Proper credit must be given (e.g., “Prod. by King’s Soldier”) for free download.
3.2 Exclusive License
When you purchase an exclusive license:
The beat is removed from public sale after purchase
You are granted exclusive rights to use the beat
- You may not be able to get an exclusive rights if a beat has already been leased unless agreements are updated with the artists.
However:
Ownership (copyright) may still remain with the producer unless explicitly transferred in writing
- The music producer (King’s Soldier) must have 50% of the publishing share for the composition
- Depending on the contract, the music producer (King’s Soldier) must have a certain percentage of the master royalties
4. Custom Beats
For custom beat services:
A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
A limited number of revisions may be included (as agreed beforehand)
Once the final version is delivered and approved:
The product is considered complete
No refunds will be issued
5. Sound Packs (Drum Kits, Samples, Loops)
When purchasing sound packs:
You are granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the sounds in your music productions
You may use them for commercial and non-commercial purposes
You may not:
Resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the sounds (even for free)
Include the sounds in another sound pack or library
Upload the sounds as standalone files
6. Payments
All prices are in US Dollars ($ USD)
Payment must be completed before product delivery
We reserve the right to change prices at any time
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products:
All sales are final
No refunds or exchanges will be provided once files are delivered
Exceptions may apply in cases of:
Duplicate purchases
Technical issues preventing file access
8. Intellectual Property
All beats, sounds, and content remain the intellectual property of the producer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Purchasing a product grants a license to use, not ownership of the underlying content.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use the products in unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
Claim ownership of the music or sounds
Distribute or resell any product without authorization
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, data, or profits
Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., streaming services)
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
